NVQ Qualification

Another improvement underway is the delivery of a SC21 Business Improvement Technique NVQ for students in our Training Academy.

This is being endorsed by the National Skills Academy and will be cantered around using their approved material.
Our SC21 journey will continue with a commitment to improve and sustain levels of performance throughout the company.
We are developing a culture of SC21 as a better way to do business.
This journey will now be under the guidance of BAE Systems who are instrumental in endorsing and promoting the programme throughout the industry.
